1st Saturday of Each Month: HOT Training

The 1st Saturday of each month will be devoted to our HOT (Hybrid Obstacle Training) workouts. Think ‘jogging’ prepares you to survive an obstacle race? Think again. You need strength, endurance and the will to succeed. That’s where Rock Star comes in. Come sprint, carry, flip, crawl and lift your way to a total body training experience like no other. We’ll prepare you the right way! Whether you run obstacle races or just want to train like you do, come and experience this brutal, yet delicious, beat-down unlike any other.

Current Members

These special event HOT workouts are free to current Rock Star Boot Camp members.

Non-HOT 6:00am Saturday sessions are free to current Rock Star Boot Camp members. There is no need to pre-register. You will simply arrive by 5:45am.

Non Members

Non-current Boot Camp Members are just $10 and you DO NEED to register for each of our Hybrid Obstacle Training (HOT) workouts you plan on attending.
